We recently experienced a service disruption caused by an administrative renewal failure at one of our upstream providers. The upstream fault has been remediated, and we have received assurances that this specific issue will not recur.

Per Section 3 of our Service Level Agreement, outages originating from upstream providers fall outside our direct administrative purview and are excluded from SLA credit tabulation. If you believe your instance requires manual adjudication for a special exemption, please submit a formal request through the Client Portal.
